Returns & Refunds

Please contact me at hofficraft@gmail.com if you wish to return an item or you require a refund.

Returns can be done up to 30 days after purchase and they must be returned in the original condition, refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods, buyer must pay return postage

Exchanges
Please contact me at hofficraft@gmail.com if you wish to return an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and refunds will only be issued once the return is received 

Shipping
To return your product, you should request a return by emailing me at hofficraft@gmail.com, once accepted I can let you know the address for returning your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning ANY  items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please be patient when waiting for your order and allow at least 10 days for UK delivery and 14 to 28 days for overseas delivery before contacting Hofficraft.
