UK SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE within the UK

Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class in the UK.

I aim to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I ship internationally from the UK. Shipping is calculated on checkout.

Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. No tracking codes are available for this service. We aim to ship out your order within 3 working days of purchase.

Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA), however it's generally around 8-10 days.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please contact me at hofficraft@gmail.com if you wish to return an item or you require a refund.

Returns can be done up to 30 days after purchase and they must be returned in the original condition, refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods, buyer must pay return postage.

We cannot refund the postage on returned items.
